About Renting Beach Houses 121 or 184Our Beach Houses are privately owned condominiums managed by Outrigger Hotels and Resorts, our on-site manager. That means we can give you a really nice owner discount, yet you have access to a full-service front desk while visiting the property. We will arrange and confirm your reservation. Minimum Stay RequiredWe require a 5 night minimum stay year-round. [top]Daily Rate and TaxesOur per night discounted rate is considerably less than published rates. Rentals are subject to Hawaii Transient Occupancy and Gross Receipts taxes and are paid by the renter. Our rates are available upon request. [top]Cancellations and RefundsAll payments will be refunded (less a $75 cancellation fee) if the cancellation is made one month or more before the scheduled arrival date. All funds collected will be forfeited if the cancellation is made less than one month prior to the scheduled arrival date. However, if we can rent the unit to another guest, then a partial refund may be made. [top]Maid/Cleaning ServiceWe pay for full service cleaning approximately every 4th day (for rentals of 6 nights or longer). You are required to pay a clean-out fee to Outrigger at check out. You may arrange for additional maid service through the Outrigger front desk. [top] |
